Olwin takes every group of new trainees out on an outward bound training course. She teaches them navigating skills to be used in the event of bad weather or emergencies. Brewster, Wilson and Koko are really looking forward to it - until Zephie and Hodge tell them how Nanny Olwin will treat them like babies the whole time! And she does. Fed up, the trainees go off and hide from Olwin in the Old Town. It's all fun and games until a heavy fog rolls in, and the trainees are trapped. Olwin comes to the rescue and finds the chuggers. She realises she should let her darling 'chuggachugs' have a little more independence so that they can learn to help themselves, and the trainees have a new respect for Olwin as they realise that - in spite of her babying ways - she's a powerful engine who really knows a lot. They all end up having a great time 'camping out' and singing Olwin's favourite song - 'Ten Green Signal Lights'.

Yo Ho! Emily Elizabeth, Clifford, Bailey, and Tucker go on a pretend pirate adventure around Birdwell Island in search of treasure. But when Tucker loses his squeaky toy, Lil Squeakie, it's up to Emily Elizabeth and Clifford to find that treasured doggy toy before bedtime!

Sitting on a soft-looking pillow, Bamboo Love is startled when squealing and wheezing sounds are expelled from it. Examining the pillow object, Bamboo Love, with the narrator's help, realizes this is no pillow at all, but a musical instrument called the Bagpipes. Marching to the wailing tones, Bamboo love plays the pipes and gathers her friends to join her in a Bagpipe marching band.

Esther and her grandfather tell the kids a traditional Tewa legend about Grandmother Spider, hungry Coyote, and how the stars came to be. While listening to the story, the kids learn a lot about Tewa culture, which is a part of Esther's family history. Inspired, they decide that's what they should do when Abuela comes to visit - ask her to tell stories -- because stories can connect us to our family histories.

Wiingashk is an 11-year-old boy from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He's Ojibwe. Wiingashk loves to hang out with his father and together they practice archery on their home-made targets. They also go hunting together in the bush and Wiingashk shows us some moose, bear and deer photos taken by their trap cameras. He explains that when you catch your first animal, it's important to share the meat with other members of the community. Wiingashk's special word is ,adik, which means ,elk, in Ojibwe. Wiingashk has a service dog, Loki, that helps him at night and alerts him to his seizures. Loki is an important friend and a member of the family. With his cousin, Eddy, Wiingashk loves to ride BMX bikes at the local skate park and he's a pretty good soccer player too! When the weather is good, Wiingashk and his Dad throw on their wetsuits and go snorkeling in the river to look for lost fishing lures and to check out the underwater life. In his bedroom, Wiingashk shows us his beehive, which has traditional medicinal properties. He believes the beehive helps push away illness. Luckily, there are no bees inside! Wiingashk is a featured dancer at the Sault Ste. Marie Indigenous Day celebration and he performs the Fancy Bustle dance with great pride.

Slick the Pirate and his First Mate Arrby have taken the sunken sloop. --- A wiggling whale has knocked the diving bell upside down. It's stuck in the sand at the bottom of the ocean, with Cap'n Turbot and Francois inside.

When Posy forgets to bring Froggy to a sleepover at Pip's house, Pip does something that only a true friend would do, he gives Posy his favourite toy, Piggy, for the night.

Bamboo Love learns how to be a running guide for visually impaired Polar Bear while observing other parasport track athletics such as the high jump. The panda learns how to use auditory cues and a running tether to keep Polar Bear safe and on track to victory.
