Realising that he was so wrapped up in his pretend badge game, he forgot how important the real badge was for Koko, he takes it upon himself to be her number one cheerleader. Koko is flagging, but with Emery's encouragement, she bursts through the finish line! Emery learns that he doesn't need badges anymore - it's enough to know he's done a good job.

When Mandisa shows off a craft of a koala that looks like its climbing a tree, Katie and Michael are ready to get crafting. When he finally solves his problem and wins the long jump competition, Xavier realizes how much better it is to slow down and think through problems.

During some playful mischief making, Minty is flung far, far, far across the Valley and lands in unfamiliar territory. Alone, they have to find their way back, as Ginger and the other two Pea-Rexes try to find them. Minty's thrilled to come across a Baby Bokchoydactyl, and realises to their delight that it's the very same laughing bok they taught to fly! With the bok's help, Minty gets on board and flies through the valley, searching for Home Base and Ginger ... but in the air, Minty is disoriented - everything looks different up here - and communicating with the baby bok is quite hard... it can't see Minty pointing left or right. Eventually they figure out a way to communicate, Minty steering the Bokchoydactyl by pulling its ears/leaves... and slowly Minty starts to recognise familiar parts of the valley below. Meanwhile Ginger does likewise, enlisting the adult Bok to help her fly too. Ginger however isn't a natural in the air and has a few falls and near misses... but when she finally gets the hang of it, she's struck by the majesty of the valley below. Ginger and Minty ultimately find each other, the Baby Bok flying too hard/enthusiastically and colliding with its mother, sending Ginger and Minty tumbling... back to home base as the Bokchoydactyls fly off happily. Having made it home safely, Minty makes the same mistake, repeating the shenanigans and being flung far, far, far across the Valley.

West is best for this critter, and Christian & Sayat are excited to find all sorts of Pacific creatures as they look for the camouflaging fish. They work with a marine biologist from Parks Canada to sift through the eel grass where the Bay Pipefish live, in the hopes of observing a fish unlike any they've seen yet!
