But as Ginger and the Pea-Rexes try to involve it in their games, it keeps nodding off, losing count in hide and seek, and sliding down canyon walls in a slumber before startling awake. Each time it nods off, Ginger and the Pea-Rexes try to sneak away and allow it to hibernate, but it keeps fighting sleep, desperate to play. Ginger realizes the huge baby needs sleep way more than play, so makes a game out of sleeping, which is ultimately successful in lulling the Kiwimammuthus back into hibernation. Thrilled with her success, Ginger moves to sneak off only to realize the game has put the Pea-Rexes to sleep too!
